Madhusoodanan S is the Chairman & Managing Director of Nirmal Energy Limited and its group companies and Founder and Managing Trustee of MARC Foundation. He is having three decades of experience and demonstrated history of working in the Industrial Heating & energy industry.
Skilled in General Management, Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, International Business, and Team Building etc., and also, a strong business development professional providing strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term objectives.
Prior to his entrepreneurial venture with Nirmal Energy Limited, he had corporate stints with Tata Group, Thermax Limited, Preussag AG and many strategic consulting experiences. He holds B Tech and MBA degrees.

Rajni Madhusoodanan

Rajni Madhusoodanan is the Co-chair and Trustee of MARC Foundation.
She is responsible for the HR & Finance from its inception and she is a one of the promoters of the Nirmal Energy Limited. After her Graduation, she passed out with an MBA in Finance and Diploma in Computer Application from one of the reputed universities.

Abhijit Mukhopadhyay

Abhijit Mukhopadhyay A post graduate degree holder in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Calcutta and stood Second in First Class in order of merit, Abhijit is an accomplished executive with close to 25 years of domestic and international experience in Media, Communications, Journalism, Internal and External Communications, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Social Responsibility including Earned Media Planning, Audit and Advisory including Reputation Management. Abhijit has also served in the Boards of a France based organization.
A through communication professional, Abhijit is now working in the editorial position of a leading English daily newspaper. He also provided communication consultancy services on effective utilization of earn media space to his clients ranging from Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Education and E-learning solutions provider, Building and Construction Materials Manufacturer etc.
Abhijit is also a social worker and loves to work for the betterment of the society. He is one of the trustees of CSR arm of Ahmedabad based Nirmal Energy Limited.
